The ideal art director will bring a mix of artistic, marketing, and business expertise to the position, promoting our company and that of our valued clients. We are looking for an experienced Director, who can inspire and be inspired by others to take our creative efforts to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and a passion for delivering dynamic ideas that connect with any audience.
Minimum 4-5 Years of experience
Manage Analytics team
Data visualization and reporting structure of the company
Analyze, measure and interpret social media KPIs with the ability to deliver insights in a constructive and concise manner
Provide listening and SOV tracking against competitors and strategic companies across the industry
Respond to ad hoc requests for real-time alerts, commentary, and reporting.
Benchmark results against other owned campaigns and competitors before presenting the results to project owners.
Implement ad-hoc projects to build data resources, enhance reporting and deliver cross-campaign analytical insights
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all phases of digital tracking: data collection, data processing and reporting
Monitor competitive landscape and stay current with industry trends
Work with business units and other cross-functional teams to aggregate social media datasets to provide a holistic view on social media performance
Functional knowledge of social media metrics and third party reporting tools; familiarity with web technology and web analytics
Prior experience working for a marketing agency is preferred
Analyst
Minimum 1-2 years of experience
